How quickly can you get to me in an emergency?
We aim to be with you within 1 to 2 hours if you’re in our coverage area. An exact ETA will be provided when the engineer is on-route to you. Time-frames are traffic and location dependent – just give us a call if you have a pressing plumbing issue.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
If you’re able to provide us a picture/video of the issue, we’ll provide a free estimate by phone. We don’t have stand alone call-out charges – we charge £120 for an in-person assessment of the job, which rises for services in the City.
Do you cover evenings and weekends?
Absolutely. Ordinarily we operate on business hours Monday to Friday, and Saturday until lunch. If you need work done outside of these hours, just give Chris a call and we’ll see how to accomodate it.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes, our Gas Safe certificate can be found here, or simply search Chris Plumbing Services on the Gas Safe Register website.
What kind of fixes and repairs do you offer?
We carry out toilet repaires, tap repairs, mixer tap repairs, rerouting of pipes, pipe repairs, rerouting of waste pipes and more. From a leaking tap repair to a complete heating system re-work, no job is to big or too small.

We carry out gas boiler Installations, boiler servicing, toilet Installations, tap installations, mixer tap installations, electric shower installations, bath and basin installations, pipe work installations or rerouting of pipes, waste pipe installations and more. From a simple tap installation to a complete heating system installation – No job is to big or too small.
